How do I make reservations for my vacation?
- Just give us a call when you have decided on your travel dates and we’ll make all the necessary arrangements for you.
Are there any Black-Out Dates?
- You can travel whenever you want. However popular holiday periods do book up quickly, so if you need to travel during those special holidays, make sure you book early before those dates fill up!
If I cannot give a 30 day notice, can I still travel?
- Sure, if we can get you confirmed with the resort. Most resort accommodations take about 1 week to confirm.
If I don’t use a portion of my vacation, can I give it away or sell it to someone?
- Yes, if you do not use one or all portions of your vacation, feel free to give it away as a gift to your family or friends. They will just need to meet our minimum age/income requirements.
How many people can travel on the vacation? I have 5 people in my family?
- Normally, most accommodations allow two adults and two children or four adults sharing the same accommodations. Some resorts in Orlando do allow up to 5 people, but due to fire codes, the resorts in other locations allow a maximum of 4 people. You may, however, upgrade to a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom condominium (sleep max 4, 6, and 8 people respectively) to accommodate all of your family.
Where do we stay?
- In Orlando, you will be conveniently located within 5 miles of Walt Disney World’s main entrance. All our resort properties offer shuttle service to all 4 Disney parks, saving you time and money in parking. Be sure to call reservations for specials on upgrades and additional nights.
Can I stay additional nights in any of the locations? What is the average cost for additional nights?
- Additional nights may be purchased for most locations and the rate is dependent upon the season in which you are traveling. Extra nights generally cost $110/night for 1 Br Condos and $145/nt for 2 br condos. However some hotels can range anywhere from $65.00 to $189.00+ (USD) per night.
Are shuttle buses available from the resorts in Orlando to the area attractions?
- Many resorts do offer shuttle transportation to one or all of the major theme parks. Just visit the individual resorts website for details. Also Orlando/Kissimmee is an UBER community and you can always use their service for transportation.
What about transportation?
- You will need to provide your own transportation to and from each destination.
Do I need a passport or a visa to go to the Bahamas, Mexico or the Dominican Republic?
- Yes, U.S. citizens will need a passport. Please visit http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html to A passport is not needed if leaving on a closed-loop cruise in most locations.
How can you afford to do this?
- Resort developers help to subsidize the accommodations. When the travelers arrive at their vacation destination, the developer simply invites the travelers to participate in no obligation tours. Usually, very nice incentives are offered that further help save the traveler money. The customer purchases quality accommodations at budget rates and the resort developer gets an opportunity to invite those who enjoy vacationing to preview their property.
